Apple won a an case in dutch court for marketing a three samsung mobile phone in market.Apple protested that samsung had infring on there three samrtphonesThe court ruled that samsung three smartphones ( galaxy S,SII and ACE) breached the Apples patent.Apple said that samsung had installed a same features in their smartphone which is already added by us like browsing photos and more others.Court said that Samsung breached the Apple Patent and its Againset the law.
